SweetA gluten-free croissant with a rich almond filling, a perfect balance of nutty and buttery flavors.
Something rather special. Sweet, savoury, buttery, crunchy, goodness. You will not stop.
Dipped in our refined sugar free syrup, then filled and topped with our home-made refined sugar free frangipane, then finished off with flaked almonds. When they come out of the oven and cool down they're sprinkled generously with icing sugar. Approach with caution :)
