Gluten-Free Pancake Recipe

Here’s our gluten-free pancake recipe!   Throw these ingredient's together for a quick, delicious, and easy way to start off any day.  

You’ll Need two bowls, one for your dry mix, one for your wet mix, and these ingredients:

Dry Mix

    • Rice Flour 60g

    • Potato Starch 10g

    • Tapioca Starch 20g

    • Xantham Gum 1g

    • Salt 1g

    • Baking Powder 3g

Wet Mix

    • Agave Nectar 10g

    • Rapeseed Oil  20g

    • Milk/ALT Milk 150g

    • Eggs 100g


    1. Add Wet Mix to Dry Mix all at once, mix well and hard and make sure the mix is free of lumps.  The texture should be smooth and silky.  

    1. Preheat a pan on medium heat and add a bit of butter/oil and pan fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
