Here’s our gluten-free pancake recipe! Throw these ingredient’s together for a quick, delicious, and easy way to start off any day.
You’ll Need two bowls, one for your dry mix, one for your wet mix, and these ingredients:
- Rice Flour 60g
- Potato Starch 10g
- Tapioca Starch 20g
- Xantham Gum 1g
- Salt 1g
- Baking Powder 3g
- Agave Nectar 10g
- Rapeseed Oil 20g
- Milk/ALT Milk 150g
- Eggs 100g
- Add Wet Mix to Dry Mix all at once, mix well and hard and make sure the mix is free of lumps. The texture should be smooth and silky.
- Preheat a pan on medium heat and add a bit of butter/oil and pan fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
