Made with pure Sicilian Pistachio cream frangipane, Vanilla Bean Paste, and folded with flaked pistachios for a crunch. The filling is more on the gooey side, 

Generously filled and will make anyone feel regal!

Absolute delightfulness. The cake does not come with any feve for food safety reasons

Ingredients: French Pastry Butter, Manna Dew Flour Mix (Rice, Potato, Corn, Tapioca, Chickpea), Milk, Caster Sugar, Organic Eggs, Yeast, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Sicilian Pistachio Cream (PISTACHIO 45%, sugar, MILK powder, MILK whey powder, Vegetable fats, extra virgin olive oil, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, flavourings), Vanilla Bean Paste, Roasted Pistachios, Organic Agave Nectar

My gluten intolerant heart soared when I discovered Manna Dew. I thought I'd never have another croissant or Danish pastry ever again but along came this bakery! Every bite is absolutely divine and if I didn't know better, I'd have thought they were just regular delicious pastries. It's unbelievable that the layers and flakes can exist in a GF pastry after all.
