Our gluten free goodies are shelf life verified. You get a minimum of

3 days ambient

5 days refrigerated

60 days frozen.

As the shelf life is so great we recommend ordering earlier for special events and national holidays to ensure your
goodies arrive on time.

Please order directly from our online shop. We have a weekly bake sale on Friday you can also visit from 1pm-4pm at our bakery, 169 Battersea High Street SW11 3JS

We manufacture our goodies fresh on dispatch day and our goodies arrive on a next day delivery service. 98% of our orders arrive on time. We have an acceptable delivery window of 3 days + dispatch with our goodies still at their absolute best. Our pastries are verified shelf life tested, and assuming a worst case scenario, you’ll have the shelf life provided above. We have an automatic dispose of request on all parcels that pass this and will replace your parcel free of charge.

Collections are available Monday to Friday. We have a weekly bake sale on Friday you can also visit from 1pm-4pm at our bakery, 169 Battersea High Street SW11 3JS Is there a minimum spend? For collection orders we have a minimum charge of 15£ and for delivery a minimum of 30£.

Yes all orders should be placed in advance. You’ll have a delivery calendar you can choose your preferred delivery date on. Please note this is not guaranteed, and our goods can experience a longer delivery journey due to unforeseen network delays that are out of our control.

If your order crosses the +3 days delivery window we will replace it free of charge. We do not offer refunds on produced orders. Please order early if you can especially for special occasions to avoid any issues.

Our goodies are delivered by DPD. You will get an automatic notification as soon as your parcel is loaded with your 1 hour delivery slot. You will also receive a notification with proof of delivery as soon as the parcel is delivered. If you are not home, the parcel will be left in a safe location.

Please notify us and we will replace the missing items or refund you for them.
