Imported Pure Ecuadorian Cocoa Mass is the primary ingredient here. We prefer to make our own chocolate as we do not use any traditional sugar in our cakes and pastries (Macaron are the only exception).
The result is a gooey chocolaty heaven, that is very rich and very intense . You don’t need much to be transported to the dimension of pure chocolate that bursts on your palette with pleasure!
