Manna Dew is London’s First Artisanal Gluten-Free Patisserie. Over a 10-month research intensive initiative, we developed an understanding of how to create delicious, texturally pronounced Gluten-Free foods.

Barista & Team Member

At Manna Dew, it’s the people that make us unique. That’s why we’re looking for warm, positive people who genuinely enjoy working with others. As a Barista, you’ll work anything from 20 – 40 hours per week, so flexibility is key. You’ll also need to work extra hours to cover others at times, and enjoy working in a fun, demanding and fast-paced environment.You need NO prior experience to do well in this role. Pastry Chef Internship

Manna Dew is offering the rare Pastry Chef Internship Program detailed below that will give you deep insights into the Art of Gluten-Free Baking. We are looing for a candidate with passion– a passion for creating beautiful, delicious, pastries with a focus on various dietary requirements. We are 100% Gluten-Free Patisserie, and you will be trained in Manna Dew’s practices and protocols derived from Coeliac UK’s updated recommendations for Gluten-Free food handling.

As a Manna Dew Pastry Intern, you will be trained by our artisanal bakery team in the creation of beautiful Gluten-Free Cakes, Pastries, and Bread.

Our production facility and state-of-the-art equipment will give you a deeper understanding of core principles needed for making gluten-free foods and will offer you a platform to explore your creative ideas. What we need from you is:

  • Have a Pastry Degree
  • Have a Flexible Work Schedule
  • Be a team-focused worker
  • Thoroughly understand food safety standards and protocols
  • Be willing to experiment and create new recipes
  • Be physically fit to be active in our production unit
  • Be punctual

The Internship will cover travel cost and lunches. We are looking for someone three days a week- Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday to carry out patisserie tasks alongside with the chef (measuring, mixing, baking, cutting, decorating… Working with tempering chocolate, icing sugar and other)

The head chef will teach the range of Gluten-Free desserts that we have developed over a course of 10 months of intensive research and experimentation. The pastry chef is primarily responsible for creating desserts, but he/she can also be assigned to other tasks in the kitchen.
